Welcome to ViadAmare, a little gem located in the most enchanting area of Giulianova, in the heart of the city center and only 150 meters from the magnificent monumental promenade. Thanks to its strategic location, everything you may need is within easy reach to have maximum comfort and relaxation just a stone’s throw from the sea.
As a trilogy, ViadAmare consists of three “gems”: a Mini-Apartment “The Little Bay,” a Two-Room Apartment “The Blue Corner,” and a Four-Room Apartment “The Sailor’s Shelter,” each designed to offer maximum comfort and relaxation a stone’s throw from the sea.
Completely renovated in June 2024, ViadAmare is equipped with all modern amenities to ensure you have a pleasant stay, including air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher, and Wi-Fi.
Privacy and Security: At Viadamare, we know how important it is to feel peaceful and safe in your own home. For this reason, we have equipped the property with advanced security systems, including outdoor video surveillance cameras, fire extinguishers, and smart smoke and CO2 detectors, to ensure serenity and protection for all our guests.

Giulianova is a refined seaside resort that captivates with its wide beach of fine golden sand, waterfront decorated with palm trees, oleanders and pine trees, and pleasant Mediterranean climate. In addition to being an ideal destination for seaside relaxation, Giulianova stands out as a city of art, with historical and cultural treasures to be discovered especially in the old town located in the upper part.
Another attraction is its large port, one of the most important on the Adriatic coast, which hosts both tourist and fishing boats. The port offers the possibility of sea excursions and is a perfect place for a stroll among the boats and the colors of seafaring life.
The city is also crisscrossed by a long bicycle path that runs along the coast, connecting it to other coastal resorts and offering the opportunity to enjoy the seascape in total relaxation, either on foot or by bicycle.
Thanks to its proximity to the Gran Sasso, Giulianova is a perfect starting point for visiting Abruzzo’s natural parks, such as the Majella National Park, the Gran Sasso and Monti della Laga, the Sirente-Velino Regional Park, and the Abruzzo National Park.
This resort boasts a unique location: overlooking the Adriatic Sea, it lies at the foot of the Apennines and is surrounded by a green hilly landscape. Giulianova thus offers visitors a vacation experience that combines sea, mountains and hills in a single destination.

The Blue Corner
two-room apartment
Cozy one-bedroom apartment of about 40 square meters, located on the ground floor with access to a common garden. Car parking is available for loading/unloading and short stay (max 30 minutes).
The apartment has a large and bright living room with a convenient kitchenette perfect for every need. The bedroom is spacious and cozy, with a window that illuminates the room and furnishings that include both a double bed and a bunk bed, perfect for sleeping up to four people. In addition, we find a sofa bed in the living room, for a total of five beds.
To top it off, next to the living room we find a bathroom equipped with a window. The interiors are decorated with details reminiscent of summer and the sea, creating a relaxing and pleasant atmosphere.
In the common area, there is also a laundry room equipped with a washbasin for clothes, a clothes rack, a washing machine, and a second shared outdoor shower with hot and cold water, perfect for cooling off after a day at the beach.

The Little Bay

Lovely mini-apartment of about 35 square meters, located on the ground floor with access to a common garden.
Car parking is available for loading/unloading and short stay (max 30 minutes).
The apartment consists of a bright and cozy living room with kitchenette, thanks to the large French door equipped with mosquito net. The master bedroom is spacious and the bathroom, with a window, completes the rooms. There are 5 beds available, divided between a double bed, a bunk bed and a sofa bed. The interior features details that evoke the summer and maritime atmosphere, creating a comfortable environment.
The common area also features a laundry room equipped with a washbasin for clothes, a clothes rack, a washing machine, and a second shared outdoor shower with hot and cold water, perfect for cooling off after a day at the beach.

The Sailor's Shelter
four-room apartment
Comfortable four-room apartment of about 70 square meters, located on the second floor with access to a common garden.
Car parking is available for loading/unloading and short stay (max 30 minutes).
The apartment is developed around a central hallway that connects all rooms. Near the entrance is a sitting area, equipped with a comfortable sofa that can be used as a sofa bed if necessary. Next to the sitting area, we find a spacious, fully equipped kitchen.
The apartment has two cozy bedrooms: the first with a double bed, a bunk bed and a large bright window; the second with a double bed and a lovely private balcony.
Altogether, the apartment sleeps 7, including the sofa bed in the living room, making it ideal for accommodating large families or groups of friends. To complete the facility, there are two windowed bathrooms equipped with all necessary amenities. The interior is decorated with elements that evoke summer and the sea, creating a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere.
There is also a second shared outdoor shower in the common area, equipped with hot and cold water, perfect for cooling off after a day at the beach.
